"Carpathian Change" is a joint initiative of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Ukrainian Football Association, and regional military administrations aimed at supporting children from frontline regions.

On May 30-31, 2026, an open Cup of the GO "Donetsk TO VFS "Kolos"" football tournament took place in Kyiv, dedicated to the memory of Ivan Kostianetskyi — a civic activist and member of the executive committee of the GS "AFDO," who devoted his life to the development of physical culture and sports in Donetsk.

The tournament brought together athletes, representatives of Mariupol district communities, military service personnel, veterans, and PVO.
